The primary use of a turning peel is to move, turn and pull the pizza out of the oven.  The 10-in head is designed for 13-15-in pizzas.  The 59-in handle is the mid-size option in our catalog which is perfect for ovens with a depth of 120cm/47-in to 130cm/51-in.
